Presentations of the SI-HG workshops and CEM conference

SI-HG Workshop

On the 19th of September 2023 the final workshop of the SI-Hg project took place in Barcelona Spain at the CEM conference venue. During the workshop SI-Hg project partners presented the developments and validations of mercury gas generators, calibration methods and standardisation for mercury monitoring in the atmosphere and emission sources. The workshop was attended by 20 project stakeholders from all over the world. It was great to meet all of them in person and have a good discussion on metrology for mercury measurement results. Here you can find the presentations given during the workshop.

SI-traceable calibration methods for mercury gas generators - Iris de Krom

Development of low level elemental and oxidized mercury calibrators for atmospheric mercury measurements - Warren Corns

Converter Efficiency & HgII Solution Storage for Oxidised Hg Measurements -
Dr Sophie Page

Validation results of the calibration of mercury gas generators - Timo Rajamäki

Calibration methods for atmospheric mercury concentrations - Igor Živković

CEM Conference

From 20 to 22 of September 2023 the continuous emission and monitoring (CEM 2023) conference took place in Barcelona, Spain. On the last day of the conference two SI-Hg project partners presented results obtained in the project. Here you can find the presentations given during the conference.

Metrology for traceable protocols for elemental and oxidized mercury concentrations -
Iris de Krom

Emission, dispersion, and speciation of airborne mercury species in the vicinity of the cement plant - Igor Živković
